Merefield Gardens is run by me, Tom Derbyshire, and my gardening story started as a young lad and has been growing ever since - culminating in launching my own garden business. My passion for the outdoors and plants must come from my Mum, and my grandmother, who also provides the Merefield to my business name. What began with local garden maintenance odd-jobs when still at school/university and developed into many hours in my own garden (whilst working full-time in financial services) has since become my career and a longing to learn more.

Merefield Gardens has green credentials at its heart, with a sustainable approach to gardening including encouraging organic horticultural methods, environmentally responsible disposal of your green waste and the use of battery powered tools wherever possible.
